Josh Douglas brings nearly a decade of experience and commitment to his role as School Director. Over his 9 years with the company, he has contributed across multiple areas, including finance and recruitment, developing a well-rounded understanding of both operations and student needs. Josh is deeply dedicated to creating positive outcomes and continuously works to improve the educational experience and overall well-being of every student.
Erika Funtow serves as Tampaβs Student Coordinator and has been with the company for seven years. She provides hands-on support to students from their very first day through graduation and into the workforce. Working closely with each student, Erika ensures they stay on track, feel supported, and are fully prepared for employment. She is dedicated to managing day-to-day student needs while guiding and encouraging them throughout their training journey.
Nick Moawad serves as Training Manager at Tampa Truck Driving School, bringing years of hands-on experience since joining the team in 2017 as an instructor. Promoted to Training Manager in 2025, Nick plays a key role in overseeing student training and ensuring high instructional standards. He is also a certified third-party tester, conducting on-site CDL exams and helping students confidently take the final step toward their commercial driving careers.
